Resolution :
(Backup Exec) - Symantec / Veritas
- Check drivers in DM
- Delete the drive entry from Backup S/w
- Stop all services (Backup S/w Services)
- Run Tapeinst.exe (if its backup exec s/w) or run Hot Swap
- Reboot the server / Restart Services
- Check inventory...
